Completing this transaction confirms the agreement that Dani will work outside of session time to formulate an individualized herbal salve.

*Herbal Formulations will require an additional cost and will be added temporarily to the Online Apothecary for purchase once completed and ready for pickup or shipping. The final product cost will be the same per size as the products available in the main product line.
