Meet Dani

On the surface: A mother of three and wife of one. A holistic health researcher, educator, and natural medicine maker. An artist. But underneath it all: A simple spirit seeking nothing but to create, enjoy, and spread beauty.

After going through some difficult health challenges in her late teens and early 20’s, and struggling to find answers the ‘conventional ’ way, Dani began her journey into understanding health from a more holistic viewpoint. She started to see the autoimmune type illnesses she was experiencing as something to work with, rather than work against, and finally began to get better. Almost 20 years later she continues to research, and now also educates others on the body’s innate healing capabilities as a Clinical Herbalist, Family Regenerataive Health Coach, and Frequency Based Herbal Formulator.

Along the way she also picked up a camera and a paint brush. Allowing her creative side to shine and surrounding herself with energies she considers beautiful, she says, has become one of her most potent ‘medicines’ in her personal ‘apothecary’.

Every piece of artwork and every recipe Dani 'designs' for DC Farm & Apothecary comes from her need to create, to feel beauty, and to ensure she helps others on their own path of healing, as so many have helped her.

Dani holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Psychology & Human Relations, a Master's Degree in Education, and has completed three years of formal education in Western Herbalism & Clinical Herbal Formulation, obtaining all required certifications to practice as a Clinical Herbalist in the U.S. She combines her previous work as an all age educator, curriculum designer, professional dialogue facilitator, holistic health activist, and commercial and private herbal formulator, in her practice. She continues to study health from various perspectives on a regular basis and is currently taking Biofield Tuning courses (the scientific practice of using instrumental tuning forks to help clients release and work out stuck energy in and around the body and within its bioenergetic field). Dani is planning to finish her courses and become a Certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner, incorporating full sessions into her practice by the Fall/Winter of 2026 (currently Dani offers only 15 minute tuning fork learning intervals, included with her 90 minute Wellness Walks).

Dani is currently accepting clients and their children, specializing in Whole Family Regenerative Health as a Clinical Herbalist and Coach. She is available for in person appointments at Sculpt Wellness Spa in downtown Dripping Springs, TX, as well as over the phone (or through Zoom) for longer distance clients.

Dani calls Chicago, NYC, and now Hill Country, TX, home.
